I was really impressed with how many design options there were. It made it easy to find something I liked, and the whole experience felt smooth from start to finish.

My tin ceiling tiles showed up in great shape. I can’t say exactly how they handled them during shipping, but the box looked sturdy and everything seemed to be wrapped up well. I didn’t notice any bent corners or scratches, which was a relief because I was a little worried about that. From what I could tell, they took the time to pack it right.

I got my order and most of the pieces were right, but a couple of the tiles weren’t the ones I picked. Support did fix it, which I apprecaite, it just took a bit more time than I expected.

The ceiling samples arrived quickly and really helped me feel confident about choosing the right pattern. It was nice to see everything in person before committing. One edge was a little bent, but overall the samples were super helpful and made the decision much easier.

I found what I needed, so it wasn’t useless or anything, but the site didn’t feel all that smooth. Some pages loaded slow, and getting around could be easier. Ain’t not terrible, just kind of okay
